Day 48

Raw Pineapple Avocado Wraps :)

Here is a blog journal of the 48th Day on my Customized Health Programs put together by some of
The Earth Diet team.

The programs I am currently taking are for Eating, Exercise and Hypnosis

This is what my day looked like - Wednesday 18th May 2011.

Eating Program: 
Morning:Water.
First meal: Organic and raw 'Pizza' pieces. Ingredients: Sprouted flax seeds, sprouted sunflower seeds, sprouted sesame seeds, tomato, spices, celtic sea salt.
Next meal: Raw Chocolate with almond butter mmm my favourite sweet! Ingredients for choc: cacao powder, cacao butter, agave nectar, water, celtic sea salt. Almond butter: almonds.
Ginger tea
Next meal: A divine organic peach mmm so sweet and lush!
Next meal: more raw chocolate and almond butter. This chocolate had mint oil in it :)
Next meal: Another organic peach :)
Next meal: Raw pineapple and avocado wraps :) Wraps were lettuce. Filling 1 was grated cabbage, lemon and cayene pepper. Filling 2 was pineapple. Filling 3 was avocado, spring onions/shallots, coriander/cilantro.
Ginger tea.

Today all meals were raw :)

*My program was created to be majority raw, some cooked foods, incorporating meats and vegan meals, juices, cleansing teas/meals/drinks and desserts. All meals use only ingredients that are provided by the earth naturally. When you complete the questionnaire online you can also create it how you want it to be. 

Almond Butter
 Exercise Program by Patrick:
10 minutes running to Big Al's Family Fitness, 30 minutes cardio and 10 minutes sweating in the sauna :)
Mind exercise ;) reading my script for Backwater... we start shooting in 3 weeks! 

Hypnosis Program by Paul Nguyen:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management'
